Simply browse our collection, select your favorite T-shirt or hoodie, choose your size and color, and click “Add to Cart.” Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, secure online payment options, and cash on delivery (COD) for added convenience.
What is your return and refund policy?
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue, and we’ll assist you in the return process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with an additional 5-10 business days for shipping, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request to cancel or change your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this window, production begins, and modifications are no longer possible.
Do you offer size charts?
Yes, we provide detailed size charts for all our T-shirts and hoodies on the product pages. We recommend referring to these charts to ensure the best fit.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contactprobecart@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and we will assist you with the return and replacement process.
