1. General Return Policy

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We encourage you to carefully check your order details, including size, color, and design, before finalizing your purchase.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The item received has a manufacturing defect.
  • The item received is damaged during shipment.
  • The item received does not match the order details (e.g., incorrect size, color, or design).

Items that do not meet the above criteria cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Return Process

If your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us within 7 days of receiving your item. Email us at contactprobecart@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  • Our customer service team will review your request and notify you of the next steps. Upon approval, we’ll provide return instructions if necessary.

Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
